The Quantitative PCR Core Facility is situated at the Institute of Biotechnology AS CR, v.v.i. as a part of Laboratory of Gene Expression. The Quantitative PCR Core Facility provides the most accurate method for quantification of DNA molecules in a sample, digital PCR using a high-throughput instrument BioMarkTM from Fludigm. Examples for dPCR applications: determining the copy numbers without a standard curve, study of copy number variation, detection of early mutations, quantification of template for next generation sequencing and other.
The offered services:
- 12.765 Digital Array for 12 samples. Each sample is partioned into 765 aliquots and separately analysed with real time PCR.
- 48.770 Digital Array for 48 samples. Each sample is partioned into 770 individual real time PCR reactions that are separately analysed.
