Healthcare professionals, programmers, physicists, mathematicians, statisticians more and more often cooperate in creating and implementing cutting-edge solutions in widely defined healthcare sector. RTAventures.1, a venture capital fund invests in Polish and European undertakings, which are based on innovative solutions from area of healthcare and new (or emerging) technologies. We support our partners by not only providing equity financing, but we actively support the management teams in developing their companies and in building value by leveraging our experience and networking. We both: -- do standalone investments from our RTAventures.1 venture fund up to the amount of PLN 1 million with possible follow-on investments up to total investment of PLN 2.5 million, and -- co-invest with other financial investors. We provide equity financing taking minority positions securing corporate rights which are standard for VC funds.
